The same in business: every day we work to get closer to such harmony that all areas of the company are fully balanced, smoothly functioning, healthy &#8211; such a perfect state is achieved most often for brief moments.<\/p><p>Leaders of any organisation face the challenge of making these moments longer and increase the frequency of achieving them. Because in real business, the optimum of today may require something different from the entire organization than a year before.<\/p><p>In business, the \u201cequinox\u201d is a benchmark of a healthy, financially successful organisation \u2013 sometimes we move closer to it, other times we drift away. It is a continuous journey with only ephemeral moments of fulfilment. That\u2019s why the quality of that journey matters the most.<\/p><p>With no pressure or obsession to get there, it&#8217;s a liberating, tension-defusing discovery for anyone in the organization.<\/p><p>We strive to achieve \u201cequinox\u201d constantly. However, most often, it is not possible to be accomplished daily.
