Your company’s finances are the result of many factors – how people and contractors are treated, what leadership practices are in place in the organization, how changes are implemented and how all processes in the organization are designed.

This is a kind of “litmus test” that synthesizes the impact of leadership and operational activities on the system that makes up the enterprise and its functioning in the business environment.

I look at your organization in a multi-level and multi-dimensional way. When I work with management, I work with the entire organization. I inspire “healing” the space I enter, but only when the leaders are ready to face the truth about themselves and the organization.

Working with me means constant process of removing illusions, looking in the mirror, working on resources, and having somebody to back you up in tough situations so that leaders can reach their personal maturity and power in management. This requires courage and willingness to face the truth about oneself and one’s impact on the entire organization.

I don’t teach leaders how to develop teams. I inspire them to find time to meet with the most important people influencing the effectiveness of their leadership – themselves. The more time a leader spends in contact with themselves, getting to know themselves, giving themselves a handle on their challenges, the easier and more natural team management comes to them.

The strongest leader is the one who dares to see the fullness of their humanity. The one who wants to recognise their seemingly “inferior” side, the less glorious parts, so that from this recognition they can draw their strength, inspire others and provide psychological safety – to be in service to the team and the organization.

We will not avoid challenges or focus solely on the effects, for example by designing programs to teach leaders how to develop teams, or programs for employees. We act with laser precision to solve problems at their source, to remove and defuse the organization’s tensions, to humbly free the energy dedicated to pretending or keeping up appearances. Only then will it be possible to redirect the recovered resources toward healthy engagement, working from a place of fulfillment and personal creativity.

In such an organization, people focus their energy where it brings the best results, and finances flow smoothly and pressure-free.
